1/8 of a Beef

Description

An 1/8 of a beef allows you to buy in bulk without needing a large amount of freezer space. Most butchers do not even offer an 1/8 of a beef option, so this is a great way to stock up without committing to a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef. You are able to select whatever steak cuts you prefer from our inventory and you get the choice between patties or stew meat. 4 roasts (assortment of chuck/arm), 1 brisket and 35# of hamburger are also included. Hamburger is an 85/15 blend.
