These are a favorite in my household! I don’t know about y’all, but for whatever reason, my kids will eat steak bites just fine, but a whole steak on the grill, forget it! This recipe could not be any easier and is perfect for those nights when you do not have a lot of time, but you want to prepare a home-cooked meal for your family. I typically pair a baked potato and salad via a caesar salad kit with our steak bites and wallah…..dinner is done!
Ingredients:
- Jowler Creek Cattle Co steak cut of choice (I typically use KC Strip, but any cut is fine)
- your favorite steak seasoning
- 5 tbsp of butter.
Directions:
Cut your steak into cube size bites. Place butter in a skillet and allow to melt. Next, season your steak bites with your choice of seasoning. When butter is melted, add steak bites to the skillet. I cook these on med/high heat for 5 minutes and then I toss them around and cook the remaining 5 minutes…..give or take depending on your stovetop. *If you like your steak well done, you may want to cook them a little longer. That’s it! It is really that simple and that quick! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
